6 Healing Sounds Qigong The Fusion Centre, Dungarvan Sports Centre, Cois Tra, Ringnasilloge, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford. X35 P922. A 5-week Course commencing Tuesday 2nd June 2026. ​​​Suitability: Gentle exercise which will generally suit most people (See more suitability details below) The 6 Healing Sounds / Liu Zi Jue is an ancient Qigong healing practice which takes its wisdom from traditional Chinese medicine and 5 Element Theory. The practice uses sound vibration to bring healing, detoxification and strength to the body, and helps restore a sense of emotional balance and harmony. Each of the main organs of the body resonate with a specific sound, which can be vocalised with the breath to regulate our energy. This beautiful, yet powerful practice, also incorporates slow gentle movements to support the body’s organs. By inviting these sounds and movements into the body, we are helping our whole system to strengthen, balance, recalibrate, heal and integrate. We especially welcome the benefits to the Nervous System, the Body, Mind, Heart and Spirit. Wellbeing is felt as a sense of being grounded and centered, with a more embodied experience of the sounds and movements. Note: The Course venue is upstairs at the Fusion Centre. ​5-Week Qigong Course: Venue: The Fusion Centre, Dungarvan Sports Centre, Cois Tra, Ringnasilloge, Dungarvan. X35 P922. Suitable for those new to Qigong and Tai Chi, as well as those wishing to deepen their own practice. Please follow the advice of your doctor/Consultant/mental health professional if you currently have any medical or mental health condition/illness. May not be suitable for those with special needs. The movements can also be practiced seated. Cancellation Policy - Please notify me at least one week before the beginning of the course, so your place can be offered to someone else.
