A weekend away to re-centre, and to experience the beauty of Qigong, Tai Chi and Wellbeing practices. Initial Deposit: €150 to secure a place. This retreat will include slow meditative movements from the Tai Chi and Qigong traditions, Yoga Nidra and restorative meditations. All of the practices we will explore seek to nourish our Being at deep levels, by re-setting the nervous system, easing stress, opening gentle opportunities to learn and transform, and by cultivating a felt sense of safety, contentment, connection, peace and health. Ballyvaloo Retreat Centre is located on private grounds with its own access to the beach, where you can enjoy long walks along this unspoiled sandy Wexford coastline. The Centre is a haven of beauty and a sanctuary for wildlife. With no passing traffic, it is a perfect base for reflection, retreat and restoration. The healing rhythm of the ebb and flow of the tide on the beach provides a wonderful opportunity for walking and relaxation. We will balance Movement with Stillness, Fun with Silence, Privacy with good Company, and Free time with Scheduled sessions. Retreat cost includes : 2 nights accommodation in your own private en-suite bedroom. All meals, snacks, teas and coffees. Cancellation Policy: In an effort to optimise participant experience, numbers for this retreat are strictly limited. The Booking Deposit of €150 is a non-refundable administration fee. The Balance of €370 is due 6 weeks prior to the retreat. Cancellations within 1 month of the retreat: No refund of Balance or €150 deposit. Cancellations before 1 month: Refund of Balance, minus the €150 deposit. Safety Statement: Tai Chi, Qigong, Yoga Nidra and Meditation are gentle practices of wellbeing and exercise, and will generally suit most people. Nonetheless, always move gently and well within your capabilities.
