(Note: No session on 26th October) Time: 4pm Venue: Church of the Holy Family Hall, Youghal. P36EC65. For this Course, we will enjoy some gentle meditative movements from the Qigong and T'ai Chi traditions, as well as seated meditation practices. We will also explore some Autumn-themed Qigong practices. By inviting these movements into the body, we are helping our whole system to strengthen, balance, recalibrate, heal and integrate. We especially welcome the benefits to the Nervous System, the Body, Mind, Heart and Spirit. Wellbeing is felt as a sense of being grounded and centered, with a more embodied experience of the movements. These slow flowing practices can remind us of the reasons why they are often called Meditation in Movement. A gentle Course. Suitable for most people. Booking Essential with YARA.
