Course Details

This Form Class is open to those who have already completed some introductory courses with me in Qigong/T'ai Chi, or those who have previous experience of T'ai Chi. This weekly class will work on both Qigong Forms and the T'ai Chi Short Form. Each week we will explore and add on new postures, thereby developing and expanding our movements into the longer T'ai Chi sequence. The class will feature partner work, and learning the energetic and martial applications of movements. It is designed to bring forward all the Qigong and embodiment principles we have learned from the introductory/previous T'ai Chi and Qigong courses, and incorporate these experientially into our movements. It should offer a rich exploration for those who wish to develop or deepen into their Qigong and T'ai Chi practice. Venue: Glounthaune Community Centre, Glounthaune, Cork. T45K124 Dates: Thursdays, from 19th October 2023. (Note: No session on 2nd November) Time: 11.15am. Cost: €75 for the 6 week Course.
